Are you passionate about the arts and love providing excellent customer service?
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals (aged 18+) to join our Visitor Services Team at glór. This is a varied, public-facing role working across front of house, bar and tuck, helping us to provide a warm welcome and a great experience for everyone who visits glór.
Closing date for applications: Monday 5 October at 2pm.
Interviews: Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October at glór.
Preferred start date: As soon as possible following appointment.
What You Will Do:
- Welcome and assist visitors, helping to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience at glór.
- Support front of house operations, including ticket checking, audience assistance and providing venue information.
- Serve drinks and refreshments across our bar and tuck areas.
- Work as part of the wider glór team to support the smooth running of performances and events.
What We Are Looking For:
- Friendly and approachable people with a passion for the arts and customer service.
- Energetic team players who are comfortable working in a busy environment.
- People who can use their initiative and are willing to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail is desirable but not essential.
Casual basis:€14.15 per hour
