Tiny Teacups Theatre come to glór with a series of bite sized art talks. The first of the series celebrates women in art.
Women artists throughout the ages have often been overlooked and forgotten. This talk seeks to remedy this.
Delivered by writer and performer Carol O’Neill the first talk – Women in Art will feature Artemisia Gentileschi, the Renaissance artist with a remarkable history, as well as as does Japanese contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama and Irish artist Mainie Jellett.
Frida Kahlo, Leonora Carrington, the Guerrilla Girls, Judy Chicago, Bisa Butler and more are also celebrated in this very inspiring and engaging talk.
