Spraoi le Gaeilge is delighted to present a lunchtime concert celebrating language in song, and featuring the remarkable talents of two singers and ambassadors of their native languages. Gwilym Bowen Rhys, (Best Solo Artist in the Welsh Folk Awards in 2019), uniquely brings ancient Welsh lyrics and melodies to life using his own contemporary musical approach whilst Aran Islands native, Padraig Jack is a songwriter and composer who writes and sings meaningful songs on guitar and piano in Gaelic and English.
