Nuala is known for her creative reworking and reimagining of traditional songs and for her unique Irish flute style, formed in Dundalk, Co. Louth and honed in Scotland. Nuala is a musical adventurer who is known world-wide as a an engaging singer and superlative live performer. Her fifth solo album ‘Shorelines’ is inspired by the trials of life from a female perspective and set on the rugged Coast of her home in County Clare.
Her roots are first and foremost in Irish music, but she’s ‘something of a genre bender’ according to Living Tradition magazine and collaborates across genre with artists such as the American indiepoet Will Oldham and film composer Brian Reitzell. Nuala also performs traditional Irish music alongside fellow Dundalk native Gerry O’ Connor, and is a member of the harmony singing group The Alt.  (John Doyle and Eamon O’Leary).

Tara Breen
Described as a “musical wizard” by Music Network, Tara Breen is the fiddle player with the legendary Irish band The Chieftains. She is a highly talented multi-instrumentalist from Co. Clare, and has won 11 solo All-Ireland titles, including the All-Ireland Senior Fiddle Title in 2012. Tara is also an All-Ireland winner on the flute and saxophone. In 2011, Tara was chosen to play for the Queen of England during her State visit to Dublin Castle. Tara was selected by Donal Lunny for the T.V. series, ‘Lorg Lunny’, which culminated in the band Ciorras, and from there went on to join the Galician piper Carlos Núñez. In 2014, she joined six-time Grammy award winning band, The Chieftains. And another legendary Irish band, Stockton’s Wing, in 2015. Tara tours with Padraig Rynne and Jim Murray, as well as in the Shorelines Trio with Nuala Kennedy and Tony Byrne.

Tony Byrne
Cutting-edge and virtuosic Dublin guitarist, Tony Byrne has been involved in music from a young age. Following family holidays in West Kerry, Tony developed an Interest in Irish traditional music and has been involved in the performance, recording and teaching of it since 1999. Past performances include concerts with acts such as Sharon Shannon, Michael McGoldrick, Gerry O’ Connor, David Munnelly Band, Matt Molloy, Paul Brady, Lunasa… Tony currently tours with Julie Fowlis, Danú and with Nuala Kennedy and Tara Breen in Shorelines Trio.

Mike Hanrahan, Author, songwriter, guitarist
Back performing with a reinvigorated Stockton’s Wing who signed with Tara/Universal Ireland and released a back-catalogue collection of 42 tracks in Jan 2020, some hidden or lost for years. The album, Stockton’s Wing Beautiful Affair A Retrospective, went to number one in sales and download charts.
A live album Hometown was released February 2022. Currently writing, recording, and touring with Eleanor Shanley A new music TV series with Pat Shortt is due in the spring 2024.A concert tour is expected mid 2024 Just completed a Fellowship in Equity and Brain Health at Trinity College Dublin. Currently exploring Creative Arts in Dementia care.
