Friends, Niamh O’Dea (flute) & AnneMarie McCormack (fiddle) have been playing music together for many years entertaining audiences with their lively exciting rhythmic style, driven from their true friendship and gregarious spirits

Niamh, from Ballynacally, was the driving force behind the Tulla Road Céilí Band for a number of years. Kilfenora born AnneMarie is one of the original members of the current manifestation of the Kilfenora Ceili Band.

Both hold 3 in a row Ireland winning medals with the Ennis and Kilfenora Ceili bands.

The Burren Trio consist of Hugh Connolly  (Violin), Tom Murphy (Viola) and Michael Hennessy (Piano).

Kathleen Malone, residing in Doolin, Co. Clare, is the daughter of the late, great tenor Jerry Lynch and has deep roots in the Kilfenora Céilí Band. Kathleen is told she was always singing from a very young age and recently ventured into writing and recording her own music. She recorded her own album titled “My Island Home” in 2020. All the proceeds of this album went towards a charity very close to her heart- the Burren Chernobyl Project-raising over €10,000.

She very recently won 1st place in the solo-singing element of the Clare County “Scór” competition in association with the GAA on behalf of her local football club St. Breckans and is on to the Munster Semi-Final.

Kathleen is the choirmaster for a children’s church choir in her local community, sings for various events solo, and also with a small female group known as “Mná”. She is also a group singing facilitator and currently facilitates singing groups for “Creative Places Shannon” and “Sing Ireland”.
